can he rejoin his family back in india?
what can the indian wife do to bring him back from the custody?
evidence of indian marriage are with the immigration department,after which they caught him,the us citizen girl n family also knew about his marriage.the usa marriage was for money.now the us citizen is pregnant.

After Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) has the evidence that he is married in India. They will arrest him and take him before the immigration judge. The judge will decide whether he should be prosecuted in the U.S. for bigamy. Subsequently, he will be deported to India.
