How do I learn to trust my husband who has put up with all my distrust and suspicions of infidelity?

Written by admin on May 5, 2009 – 11:53 am -

We have dedicated this marriage before God, which isa first for both of us. I have had fear of abandonment and rejection issues ever since I was 12. My father committed suicide when I was 12. I have had numerous relationships which were very dysfunctional and my husband use to have a sex addiction before we met. I cant seem to put either one of our pasts behind me? We have begun Christian counseling. HELP?

i think when u include god in your marriage it has a better chance of working out. u need to trust god, and nothing else to bring about healing for u and your husband.

The counseling is going to do wonders as long as you are both open to it. Learning to trust is hard but if you work on it, it will happen.

    Good luck

God instituted marriage and when you put Him first in it He will guide you through your mess and turn it into a message.

Well, you turned to the right direction – UP.

Keep it up and you will both be blessed. The main thing is stay involved in the ministry – at least twice or three times a week. Home Bible study, Wednesday worship, and Saturday get-together functions.

You will get passed your past…trust in God. Doubt is the opposite of Faith. Have faith and he will bring you out of it. If you keep doubting and saying "I cant seem to put either one of our pasts behind me"…then you never will.

    Let Go and Let God…
