Do you think we can get the 9 year old dating author to give marriage advice here?

This kid just sold his dating advice book to a movie studio.
obviously he is full of good information.
I wonder how he would handle all the “My Wife/Husband won’t have sex with me” questions.

Maybe we could learn something about marriage from a kid who hasn’t reached puberty yet………………..

a lot of people in here could learn a lot from a child…. cause a lot of people in here…. act like babies.

I need Dating Advice to help break my awkwardness?

Written by admin on February 28, 2009 – 8:46 am -

k soo i like this girl at school and apparantly she likes me too but it seems like everytime i talk to her i become awekward in what i say to her and become quiet ……. its not like im an awekwardly social person, I have alot of friends a great personality, lots of confidence and i am a 9.5 out of 10 on the goodlooking scale according to other people.

why cant i be myself around this girl and what can i do to fix it?

it seems that you have one big problem and that is Confidence.
It may be to the the fact that you are ”afraid” of not being rejected or that she may think something ”bad” about you….

Try and be more upfront…don’t be afraid of what she will say..just go for it.

Guys, how do you deal with the men you care about when they are in bad relationships?

Written by admin on February 28, 2009 – 8:46 am -

Are you brutally honest? Do you opt out when he's obviously just going to continue to take crap and then complain to you about her?

Everyone, I believe, needs to hear it straightforward without malice. Tell him he's a friend and you want to be there for him, but he's missing the fact that he is in a bad cycle with this girl. He needs a backbone and a new girlfriend.

Can toxins really form in your body as a result of bad relationships?

Written by admin on February 28, 2009 – 8:46 am -

or hating someone. any hurtful interactions with someone. I can see where it could literally poison a person inside, but is it actually scientifically accurate that toxins can form in our body because of it?

That's almost correct. You don't actually create toxins, but many people do not produce/excrete the appropriate amount of (most importantly) seratonin, epinephrine and norephinephrine. When you are angry, sad, or just plain down, the level of each of these hormones change. High seratonin, for example, is the most popular symptom found in patients with OCD and most forms of depression.

Should I tell the new woman in my husband's life about his infidelity?

Written by admin on February 28, 2009 – 8:46 am -

I left my husband because of his infidelity. He has moved on to another woman telling her untruths about himself. He has not mentioned to this new sweet lady he is still married to me. I think she should know about this.

oh yes mam would i ever tell her.

Who bought all the National Enquirers with the John Edwards infidelity story evidence in it ?

Written by admin on February 28, 2009 – 8:46 am -

I've never seen one on the stand – though the story is common knowledge about his former campaign worker .

I read the Enquirer but have not seen that one.

What boundaries have you set with your teen and dating?

Written by admin on February 28, 2009 – 8:46 am -

I have a 14-1/2 year old freshman daughter who was just asked to homecoming. I am allowing her to go, as they are going in a large group and I have just met the young man for the first time. I still maintain she's too young to date one-on-one and she cannot get into a car with someone that I have not met/do not know. What rules have you set up with your teen and dating?
I have a 19 year old son who did not start dating until he was a junior/senior in high school. He was interested in school activities, sports and working – so I was not prepared for this to happen so soon.
Please no sarcastic comments – I am looking for parents' replies – not other teens. Thanks!

I'm not a parent, so I apologize in advance for answering anyways, but I just felt that I could give some input.
I, too, am 14-1/2 and a freshman. I'm an only child, so its really difficult for my parents to know what boundaries should be set in place. I wasn't allowed to go on dates other than group outings until highschool started this year, and now I can go on one-on-one dates. I'm not looking for anything serious at this age, so my parents can trust that I'm not going to do anything stupid, or in the moment.
I got asked to homecoming on Friday by the one guy that I've gone on a date with this year. I'm really excited, but I understand that my parents are going to have some rules. Considering the fact that we're both 14, we can't drive, so a parent has to be in the car. My parents don't know his parents, but I was allowed to be driven home by them. My parents trust that I know which certain situations are safe, and which aren't, and I do. I won't get in a car with someone unless it feels safe- and I know that hardly seems like something to base judgement on, a feeling, but its going with your gut. My parents don't really have any other rules except that I need to make the safest, and best choices for myself, which is definitely what I do and I wouldn't want it any other way.
I would let your daughter have fun, but to be on the safe side, I would ask to meet his parents first. That way you can feel things out to see how they are with the dating. I think that would be the next step. But also, don't put too much pressure on your daughter with the meeting of his parents situation since this homecoming date might not amount to anything more than just a date to a dance. Don't treat it like they're actually going to start dating.

International Romance & Dating Online — specifically "Hanoi ABC Paging Service" in Vietnam?

Written by admin on February 28, 2009 – 8:46 am -

It only costs 20 cents to send a text msg. from the U.S. Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, using this (or any other) paging service in Vietnam? Anyone know if this is legitimate or a scam? Thanks very much.

Who are you sending this message to Romeo? A woman you know or a dating service? I wouldn't trust a service.
That's why there are Viet families throught the free world. If you want to date a Viet woman, Find a Viet family near where you live.
If you want to comminicate with an already known woman, I pay 15 cents to T-mobile my wife. The message says call me via the net. (Ba xa, o dau?)
